Bio and Credentials

I was born and raised in Delaware and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics/Design from Hood College in Maryland.

I have a strong financial background, having spent 15 years in the pension planning industry where I also achieved the Q.P.A. (Qualified Pension Administrator) designation from the American Society of Pension Actuaries.

 Following my pension consulting career I was employed in a large corporate setting in the Regulatory Affairs department of Merck & Co. Pharmaceutical. In addition, I was a feature writer for the Branchburg News while living in New Jersey. 

Although these careers may seem somewhat disparate on the surface, I feel that it has all come “full circle” in my organizing business. The skills I learned in each of these professions have proven to be invaluable in meeting the varied needs of my clients, and make me uniquely qualified to handle a variety of situations. I am comfortable not only with room and space issues but also with handling personal financial and tax documents in addition to creating systems for business clients. I am also an experienced public speaker.

I have been a professional organizer since 2004, am a Golden Circle member of The National Association of Professional Organizers and a long time member of the Organizer’s Network of Orange County.

I am married with one daughter and enjoy being an active volunteer with the Assistance League of Tustin.
